I started following Jason on Facebook 6 months ago and was impressed by his work ethic and his dedication to fitness. More importantly he was a masters athlete like myself. He got me to understand you can't outwork a bad diet. The Dad Bod challenge really changed my mindset on my overall fitness. The workouts are simple but yet effective the nutrition plan is also easy to follow and will enhance your performance . My diet was okay leading into the challenge but after following your guidelines and changing the way I approach meal prep and what I put in my body I noticed an almost immediate change. Growing up I was a total ball athlete all the way into playing baseball at the college level. As a middle aged adult, I knew I was missing something to get even better. Jason and his programs absolutely have taken me to a new level of fitness. His progressive high intensity workouts are exactly what an endurance athlete needs to take them to that next level. Most of these workouts take about 20 minutes, working you through safe progression of sweat drenching torture.
