What I would say is, firstly a HUGE thank you to you for your constant support and advice throughout this program. It is so easy to fall into bad habits and it helps to know that you can relate to having been there so many years ago. You are a true inspiration. Someone that I now look up to (especially as I am a huge CrossFit fan). My aim now is to 'do a Jason Grubb' (I've now penned that phrase) and go from frumpy Dad to a CrossFit contestant.
