For men over 35 with previous CrossFit experience, you will become a more rounded athlete regardless of your age and current fitness level.
In this program, every day is a new, challenging combination of barbell, dumbbell, kettlebell, gymnastics, and cardio movements.

84 Days of Workouts. This program was designed by me (Jason Grubb) and will take you through a wide range and variety of workouts over the course of twelve weeks. Some will be long and slow, others will be short and fast. Some will focus on strength, coordination, balance, gymnastics and flexibility, others on stamina, weightlifting, and endurance. Not only will this mixture help increase your body's capacity, it'll also keep you from getting bored!
