The program was similar to what I had been trying to do on my own. But the program gave me a renewed focus, more accountability, and made things simple yet effective. I really appreciated how open and available Jason was. He is really there helping, not just automated responses. He even made a video to answer a question I asked, just minutes after I posted it. The meal recipes were great (I especially liked the High Protein meals). Having a clear plan and a positive outside influence, even if it's just a brief post from Jason, really helped to keep me on track.

Consistency is the key, you can't outwork a bad diet, but don't freak out if you have a "bad" day. Just get back on the horse and don't let it make you fall into a slump. The workouts get easier because you get stronger. Having the plan is what helped me and it became second nature. As a dad of 7 and with plenty of stressors in my life, if I can do it, anyone can!!
