Train Hard.
Recover Smarter.
Keep Improving.

Personalized programming has to solve the right problem.
Personalized CrossFit programming is not a group workout with a few movements replaced. It should set the right volume, intensity, skill priorities, recovery, and competition timing for one athlete.
Most athletes try to force progress with more volume, more intensity, or another template. That works until recovery, skill gaps, injuries, schedule pressure, or competition demands start exposing the holes.
Your plan should account for how you train, how you recover, what you are chasing, and what your life actually allows. Scaling a generic program is not the same as being coached.

Here’s what changes.
You get a plan built for the athlete you are now and the athlete you are trying to become. Training, nutrition, recovery, and competition strategy stop living in separate boxes.
I watch how you respond, make adjustments when the work needs to change, and help you understand why we are doing what we are doing.
You are not buying access to a spreadsheet. You are getting coached.
I learned the expensive version myself.
I started CrossFit at 38 overweight and out of shape. The early years were not clean. I pushed too hard, missed the signals, got injured, and learned that effort without structure has a ceiling.
The rebuild is what changed everything: smarter training, better recovery, better fuel, sharper feedback, and less ego in the decision-making. That is the system that took me from late starter to seven-time CrossFit Games Masters Champion.
That is also what I coach. Not random intensity. Not a template with your name on it. A plan built to help you train hard without letting age, injury, burnout, schedule pressure, or competition demands derail the long game.
This is personal coaching, not rented programming.
Personalized CrossFit Programming
Your training is built around your goals, body, schedule, injury history, skill gaps, and competition calendar. It is not copied from a group track.
Direct Coach Access
Text me. Message me. I respond personally, watch how you're adapting, and adjust the plan when the plan needs to change.
Nutrition That Supports Performance
Real food strategy, fueling targets, and check-ins that match the training you are actually doing.
Competition Strategy
Pacing plans, event prep, peak timing, standards, and the mental approach I use to compete at the highest level.
Recovery Managed From Day One
Sleep, stress, soreness, volume, and intensity all factor into the work. Recovery is part of the program, not an afterthought.
Standards From Someone Still Competing
I'm still testing this at the Games. The work I coach is the work I trust with my own training.
