From Sedentary to Six-Time Champion
................
At 38 years old, I was out of shape, low on energy, and stuck in a sedentary lifestyle. I had no idea that within a decade I would completely transform—not just my body, but my life.
When I found CrossFit, it lit a fire in me I didn’t know I still had. The first workouts humbled me, but they also gave me a glimpse of what was possible. I kept showing up. I learned to train with purpose, to recover smarter, and to fuel my body with the right nutrition.
By 42, I stepped onto the competition floor of the CrossFit Games. And by 49, I had become a six-time Masters Champion—proof that strength, resilience, and performance don’t fade with age.

Why it Matters
................
This isn’t just about winning championships—it’s about changing the narrative of what aging looks like. I’m living proof that your 40s and 50s can be the strongest years of your life. And I want to help you write your own comeback story.

My Mission.
...............
My transformation wasn’t just physical—it was a mindset shift. I learned that:
-
Age doesn’t limit us, our approach does.
-
Consistency beats motivation.
-
Recovery and nutrition matter just as much as training.
Now I dedicate my life to helping others discover the same truth: it’s never too late to become the strongest version of yourself.

What I Do.
................
Through my coaching and Bolder Athlete, I help Masters athletes:
-
Train smarter, not harder.
-
Build resilience and longevity.
-
Find confidence through preparation and discipline.
Whether it’s 1:1 coaching, nutrition support, focused training cycles, or the Bolder Athlete community, my goal is to provide the tools I wish I had when I was starting out at 38.
