My Story

I wasn’t always a champion. I was a gymnast as a teen, but then I spent 20 years sedentary—overweight, exhausted, and out of shape. At 38, I found CrossFit, and it completely transformed my life.
Through consistency, smart training, recovery, and refining my nutrition, I rebuilt myself. And at 49, I’m stronger than ever—winning six straight CrossFit Games titles in the Masters division..
Now, I’ve made it my mission to help others write their own comeback story.
Because it’s never too late to become the strongest version of yourself.
