For five days, we train, assess, review, adjust, and test. Every session has a job. Every correction is tied to an outcome. You leave knowing exactly what deserves your attention for the next 90 days.

The goal is not to impress you with a hard week. The goal is to make the next year of training better.

I review your training history, goals, recent programming, competition calendar, nutrition, recovery, and current limitations before you arrive.

Day 01

01Assess what is actually happening

Movement, strength, skill, pacing, and recovery are evaluated in context. We identify the few constraints that are costing you the most.

Day 02

02Rebuild positions and skill

We work through the technical changes with the highest return: movement efficiency, barbell positions, gymnastics, and repeatable mechanics.

Day 03

03Test under pressure

We put the new standards into a controlled training environment and see what holds when intensity, fatigue, and decision-making enter the room.

Day 04

04Build the competitive system

Pacing, warm-ups, event strategy, recovery between sessions, nutrition timing, and competition execution become one coordinated plan.

Day 05

05Leave with the next 90 days

We turn the week into a focused roadmap: what to train, what to stop chasing, what to measure, and how the next phase should progress.

You travel to the Helena, Alabama area. Your travel, lodging, meals, and any required facility fees are separate.

Subject to schedule, appropriate training facilities, and travel logistics. Required facility costs are separate.

A 50% nonrefundable deposit reserves the week. Final dates are confirmed only after application approval, scheduling, and deposit.

Is this a training camp?

No. It is a private performance intensive built around one athlete. The week is structured to diagnose, coach, test, and create a clear next phase—not to collect five days of random workouts.

Where does the week take place?

The standard format takes place near Jason in Helena, Alabama. A travel format is available when Jason comes to the athlete, subject to schedule, facility access, and travel requirements.

What does it cost?

The Alabama format starts at $15,000. The travel format starts at $25,000 plus Jason’s travel and lodging. A 50% nonrefundable deposit reserves the week.

Are travel, lodging, and meals included?

No. Athletes traveling to Alabama cover their own travel, lodging, meals, and any facility fees. For the travel format, the athlete also covers Jason’s approved travel, lodging, and required facility costs.

How many weeks are available?

Only four to six Private Performance Weeks are accepted per year. Every application is reviewed personally, and availability depends on fit, goals, and Jason’s competition and coaching calendar.
