Information you provide may include your name, email, phone number, coaching application and intake responses, messages, newsletter preferences, purchase details, and nutrition-tool inputs such as age, sex, bodyweight, goals, training frequency, and calculated targets.

Technical information may include IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, clicks, referral or campaign source, cookie identifiers, and basic site-performance data.

How information is used

Information is used to calculate and email requested nutrition results, review coaching fit, deliver purchases, provide coaching and support, send messages you request or consent to receive, process payments, prevent abuse, measure marketing and site performance, and maintain the website.

Payments

Stripe processes checkout and payment information. Jason Grubb Fitness receives transaction status, contact information, product selected, and limited payment metadata, but does not store full card numbers on this website.

Service providers

The site may use Vercel for hosting, Stripe for payments, Typeform for applications and forms, Beehiiv for newsletter signup and delivery, Resend or similar email infrastructure for transactional email, Google Analytics and Google Ads for measurement, and YouTube or other media providers for embedded or linked content. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies.

Cookies and analytics

Cookies, pixels, and similar technologies may be used to keep the site working, remember choices, understand traffic, measure conversions, and evaluate advertising. You can limit or delete cookies through your browser. Blocking some technologies may affect site features.

Sharing and sale of information
