Use of the site

You may use this site for lawful personal purposes. Do not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, scrape protected content, or reproduce or sell site materials without written permission. Purchasers must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate checkout information.

Training and nutrition information

Website content, calculators, digital products, and general education are not medical care, diagnosis, or medical nutrition therapy. Nutrition-tool outputs are estimates and starting targets, not guaranteed outcomes. Consult a qualified clinician before changing training or nutrition when you have a medical condition, injury, pregnancy-related need, eating disorder history, medication-driven need, or other clinical concern.

Payments and checkout

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Stripe processes payments. The offer, amount, billing interval, and payment type displayed in Stripe Checkout control your purchase. Taxes may be added where required.

Coaching purchases

Recurring coaching renews at the interval shown at checkout until canceled. Current 1:1 coaching offers have a three-month minimum unless Jason approves a different term in writing. Six-month prepay options cover the stated six-month service period. Submit cancellation requests before the next renewal date; the effective date and any remaining obligations are governed by your coaching agreement and written purchase terms.

If, within the first 30 days, you do not believe the coaching is the clearest and most effective coaching you have received, contact Jason. The remaining unused balance of the current coaching period will be refunded under the current coaching guarantee.

Digital products

Digital products are delivered immediately after confirmed payment through a protected delivery page and purchase email. Because access is provided immediately, digital purchases are generally final. Duplicate charges and verified delivery failures will be corrected, and any refund rights required by law still apply. Contact Jason if your paid access link does not work.

Private Performance Week

Dates are not reserved until the required deposit is paid and confirmed. The specific proposal, location, travel costs, deposit terms, rescheduling rules, and final payment schedule provided for the engagement control if they differ from this page.

Results and assumption of risk

Training, nutrition, and competition involve risk. You are responsible for choosing appropriate loads, movements, foods, and participation based on your health and ability. Results vary and are not guaranteed. Stop and seek appropriate care if you experience pain, illness, or concerning symptoms.

Affiliate links and third parties

Some partner links may pay Jason Grubb Fitness a commission. Third-party products, websites, forms, payment services, and content are governed by the third party's own terms and policies. Seller prices, claims, availability, and discount codes can change.

Intellectual property

Site copy, training materials, digital products, graphics, and other original content are owned by Jason Grubb Fitness or used with permission. A purchase gives you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the material. It does not permit resale, public posting, redistribution, or creation of competing products from the material.

Changes and contact

These terms may be updated when products, services, or legal requirements change. The date above will be revised when changes are posted. Questions, access problems, cancellation requests, or purchase concerns should be submitted through the contact page.
